2:00 PM - 4:00 PM — Captain's Check In. Pick up your captain's package and get ready. The show is about to begin!
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM — Early Broker Check In. Get a jump start on your morning viewings and in particular on the morning shuttle to VGYH.
Where: CYS Registration desk — new location at the former Navigare base (outer marina) by M,N docks.
VGYH boats: Will not be required to check-in at Nanny Cay. Materials will be sent to VGYH. Collection time TBC.
6:00 PM - 8:30 PM — CYS Annual General Meeting & Crew Social. For CYS members. Gather the fleet — this evening marks the official start of the new season. Annual updates followed by casual mingling. Featuring Tim Dabbs' Marine Trivia and Tony Tuckett's tunes.
Location: Omar's Restaurant, Nanny Cay. Sponsors: Parts & Power, Northern Lights and Marine Maintenance Services (BVI). Casual attire.
8:30 AM — Broker Registration. Where: CYS Registration desk — new location at the former Navigare base by outer marina M,N docks. Explore the fleet across two harbours. Shuttles to VGYH provided daily at scheduled times only. Refer to the list of Attending Yachts and the legend to see which yachts are showcasing in Virgin Gorda. Shuttle departs L-M dock (outer marina).
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM — Viewing of Yachts at Nanny Cay.
9:00 AM - 4:30 PM — Viewing of Yachts at Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour.
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM — TableScaping Contest. Sponsored by House. THEME: One Final Night! The guests' last night deserves a proper send-off. Create a tablescape for the final evening of an unforgettable charter — a birthday, anniversary, engagement, achievement, reunion or simply the celebration of an incredible trip. Crew will be notified when Registration Opens.
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM — Designer Water Contest. Hosted and sponsored by CYBA. Judging all three days — every broker is a judge! Emphasize the quality of onboard water, spotlight the creativity of yacht crews, and show simple steps to cut plastic bottle waste. Follow the registration link to read the finer details and sign up! Fun, easy and great prizes!
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM — Lunch Hour.
1:50 PM - 2:30 PM — New Broker Orientation. A quick, insightful introduction to chartering in the BVI and CYS' role in the industry.
Location: Meet at CYS Registration and we will lead the way to the meeting room.

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM — Culinary Contest. THEME: Surprise! One more night! The guests have decided to stay one more night. The challenge: provisioning is depleted because the charter was due to finish today. You will be provided with a list of remaining ingredients available to you with which you must create 2 dishes — one of which is an entree. The list of items will be revealed 1st November as will details on a lifeline. NOTE: Registration will be limited. Each participant (or crew member) is responsible for his/her own registration. Crew will be notified when Registration Opens.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM — Lunch Hour.
4:00 PM — Viewing ends at Nanny Cay.
Onboard participating yachts. One night. Multiple stops. One more drink, one last bite, one last stop! Why should brokers make your yacht the last call? Expect canapés, cocktails, music and one final drink. Brokers, refer to the list of participating yachts. Last call at 8:30 PM.
NOTE: Offerings will vary; expect thoughtful selections and not full bars.

12:30 PM - 2:00 PM — Cocktail Competition. Sponsor: Patrón Tequila distributed by RTW. THEME: One Last Night! One Last Drink - Sails & Spirits! Create a festive cocktail that captures the lasting memory of a Caribbean charter — the destination, atmosphere and flavours — leaving guests with something to talk about. The registration form will detail how the contest will be executed, ingredients and how you will be scored. NOTE: Registration will be limited. Each participant (or crew member) is responsible for his/her own registration. Crew will be notified when Registration Opens.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM — Lunch Hour.
Farewell Dinner & Awards, sponsored by Nanny Cay Resort & Marina. Celebrate the final night of the show with a Caribbean buffet, entertainment, and awards for Best in Show, Culinary, Cocktail, TableScaping and more. Say farewell and toast your favourites.
Wristbands are a must.
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM — Viewing of Nanny Cay yachts. Confirm with the yacht prior to the day. Our show yachts occupy slips which belong to resident charter companies with busy weekend schedules — freeing up those slips is necessary for them to resume business. Thank you for your understanding.
12:00 PM — End of Nanny Cay Show. Blow your horn!
8:30 AM — Shuttle departs for VGYH. Location: outer marina L-M dock.
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM — Viewing of VGYH yachts. We encourage featured yachts to remain open over lunch hour and serve hearty nibbles so brokers can maximize their time on showboats before catching connecting transport to the USVI charter show.
