5:00 pm - 6:00 pm: New Crew Welcome
New to the charter world or the BVI? Join us barefoot and curious for a relaxed shoreside welcome. Seasoned crew will be on hand to share insights, tips and stories to help chart your course ahead.
Peg Leg's Beach Bar:. No shoes required. Questions welcomed.

2:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Captain's Check In
Pick up your captain's package and get ready. The show is about to begin!
Where: CYS Registration desk in front of Island Time Water Taxi.
6:00 pm - 8:30 pm: Charter Yacht Society Annual General Meeting & Crew Social. For CYS members. Gather the fleet. This evening marks the official start of the season as we close the last. Annual updates followed by casual mingling. Featuring Tim Dabbs' Marine Trivia.
Location: Omar's Restaurant, Nanny Cay Sponsors: Parts & Power, Northern Lights and Marine Maintenance Services (BVI). Casual Attire.

8:30 am: Broker Registration
Explore the fleet across two harbours. Shuttles to VGYH provided every day. Departure location TBA
9:00 am - 5:00 pm: Viewing of Yachts at Nanny Cay.
9:00 am - 5:00 pm: Viewing of Yachts at Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour. Shuttle transfer information TBA.
9:00 am - 12 pm: TableScaping Contest. Sponsored by: house. Theme:TBA Registration is not yet open.
9:00 am - 5:00 pm: Designer Water Contest hosted and sponsored by CYBA. Judging ONE DAY ONLY. Theme: TBA. Fun, easy and great prizes! Registration not yet open.
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch Hour
1:50 pm - 2:30 pm: New Broker Orientation. A quick insightful introduction to chartering in the BVI and CYS'role in the industry.
Location: Meet at CYS Registration Desk to go to Nanny Cay Board Room.

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Beachside at Peg Leg's
Mix and mingle with over 30 local businesses integral to the success of our charter community. Put a face to a name. Meet key contacts for the season ahead. Their support can make the difference between a good charter and a great charter. Enjoy complimentary nibbles and libations.
Where?: In the vicinity of Peg Legs. Uniforms or casual wear. Wear your wristband!

9:00 am - 4:00 pm:Viewing of Yachts at Nanny Cay & Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour. Shuttle information TBA. Last departure 3:30 pm.
9:00 am - 12 pm: TableScaping Contest continues. Sponsor: house.
9:30 am - 4:00 pm: Culinary Contest: Theme: TBA. Sponsor: NOTE: Registration will be limited. Each participant (or crew member) is responsible for his/her own registration. Registration not open yet!
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch Hour
4:00 pm: Viewing ends.

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm: Onboard Participating Yachts.
Stroll the docks and visit participating yachts. Expect canapes, cocktails, music and more.Last call at 8:30 pm. *NOTE: Offerings will vary; expect thoughtful selections and not full bars.

6:00 pm - 10:30 pm: Farewell Dinner & Awards Sponsored by Nanny Cay Resort & Marina
Celebrate the final night of the show with a Caribbean buffet, entertainment, and awards for Best in Show, Culinary, Cocktail, TableScaping, and more. Say farewell and toast your favourites.
Wristbands are a must.
