Our show dates for 2025 are Tuesday November 11th to Friday November 14th (until noon). Our host venue is Nanny Cay Resort and Marina with additional slips at Hannah Bay Marina if the need arises.
WHO CAN SIGN UP: The show is open to ALL term charter crewed yachts regardless of one's home base. You do not need to be CYS member to attend , although members do enjoy year round benefits as well as a discounted show. Read more about member benefits.
BOATS AND CREWS IN THE BVI: Nanny Cay is able to confirm the allocation of 50 slips. Should we deem necessary, additional accommodations may be secured at Hannah Bay Marina (directly across from Nanny Cay). If that is the case, an all day shuttle will run from one marina to the next (3 min. ride). Once we reach registration capacity, we will start waitlisting yachts. This is to ensure we do not overcommit. DO NOT PANIC! Historically, we do eventually work our way through the waitlist. General Information for Yachts on Docks.
BROKERS: Nanny Cay offers brokers 20% off the rack rates which start at $210 per night plus tax and service charge. There are a variety of room categories. Villas are also available although the discount does not apply. Any broker desiring to book for 5 nights, arriving Sunday 8th and departing Friday 14th of November, can enjoy a 30% discount. Reservations must be made direct at: reservations@nannycay.com. See BROKER REGISTRATION below for more additional show information.
VENDORS: Our business expo affords captains, chefs and brokers the once a year opportunity to meet, in person, representatives of local businesses which offer quality products and services that ensure guests have the experience of a lifetime. Our expo typically features 30+ businesses and takes place the evening of the first show day, November 11th. See VENDOR REGISTRATION below to find out how one can secure a spot.
As the Sailing Capital of the Caribbean our waters remain azure blue and an average temperature of 80 degrees farenheit. The trade winds blow predictably and steadily year round. In a world full of changes we assure you these are constants in the BVI.
**NOTE: CYS submits a list of all registered yachts and yacht details to the marina. You DO NOT need to contact the marina to reserve a spot unless your reservation dates fall outside of the 9th - 1th. Assigned spaces will be released approximately a week before the show.
Whilst dockage, electricity and water are NOT covered in your registration fees Nanny Cay continues to offer 10% off dockage rates for members only. Before entering the marina, be sure to call to confirm your approach. Once secured in your slip go to the marina office to sign in.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE dates on your profile are critical to placement on the docks. If you are uncertain, make your best guess. You can always go back and change it. NOTE: Without dates your yacht will not show up on the list of Registered Yachts nor will we be notified of your registration.
IMPORTANT! If you are arriving from outside the BVI, DO NOT enter the marina without first clearing Customs and Immigration.

Topics include but are not limited to Charter Broker Role and Responsibilities, Boat Show Purpose and Protocol, Yacht Databases, and Contract Terms Clauses and Applicability. Are you former or soon-to-be former crew? Many have gone before you, completed the course ahead of you and admit they learnt much more than they thought they would.
REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE: regardless of the location of our show, our environmental consciousness remains the same. We discourage the distribution of disposable water bottles at our shows. Brokers are encouraged to pack their favourite reusable bottle and we will ensure it never runs dry.
As a non-profit organization we try to minimize extra fees wherever possible. Unfortunately, we have had to implement the policy of adding 4% to credit card charges. We're able to process VISA & MASTERCARD. We also accept payment by cash, or cheque, especially from CYS members.

One of the main objectives at our annual Charter Show is creating connections, whether connecting yacht crews and brokers or local businesses and crews. We take every opportunity to ensure the most is made of having all industry representatives in one place at one time.
The Marine Expo or Vendor's Night is the perfect venue for business representatives to showcase their goods or services to the industry. It is just one night but "Oh what a night!". Attendees can taste, feel, sample, and observe. Our marine industry is successful because the network of related businesses is one of the best in the world.
2025 Vendor's Night details include:
Space is limited so let us know early if you want to participate. Sponsors will be given priority.
For those who would like to promote goods or services but are unable to attend the Marine Expo, there is the option of registering as a Dock Walking Vendor. We ask the following of those in this category:
